i use a router for my wheel wheel, works well.
if you are going to sand it, then get a belt sander..

if you don't want cut outs you can just sand in wheels wells

Just replaced the tape on my bag that I have only been using to finish coat glass. Best move I have made in ages. The bags bossticles have doubled in size

Dougie - This has been covered before but you cant go past any of the titebonds. 3 is the best. If you can't get your hands on titebond any cross linking pva will do the job...

@Sam Deighton~ I made my first board the other week with ply from bunnings. Im not in the city but the bunnings in Mt Barker had good quality AA Marine ply 6mm thick, NOT the Laun pine or whatever the cheap stuff is...I have stuck 2 of those together so my board has ALOT of flex but so far its going ok. Real fun altho I am not sure how long it will last.
