well the thing about this cave is its like a snowboard, your feet are not going to move, i imagine this would be an absolute beast for just general shredding, i cant wait till you refine the design and start selling them
Thanks for feedback guys, The next one will have a shorter wheelbase what that will be exactly I'm not sure. I probably will change the nose tail to something a little more rounded and blunt. Mainly because the point of this one cold be damaged easi…
I'm a fan of simple shapes and noses, for example i don't like the look of the axes because of the sharp lines, it's a personal preference but yeah, you're right, it doesn't really matter because you're not standing on it.
Mate you and I are on the same wavelength in so many ways with this board, it seems we working on the same theory of evolution but in two different places, i like it.
Who cares abort the nose and tail they are not what you stand on????? i think kee…
thats right. It does not matter if its old school or new school because they both use the same inner holes. Axle to axle can differ with type of truck , inner holes are always the same

Hey Steve, I need to talk to you about the evo you just sold to Salsa Cat in regards to payments.
Steve, Its Dan here. I was just wondering about quite a few things to do with Longboard Building. I am sorted with the press and how to do it all, kinda. Anyway, would you recommend an air press? Or a clamp which I see frequently? Would you recommend a dimm press or the timber one? I have a few ideas for wood, anything you would recommend?
Cheers
What do you mean by a stringer i understand a surfboard stringer, is it just an extra layer of carbon with epoxy around it and stuck to the bottom of the board.
got a few more shots up shows the concaves and little drop. all fairly subtle for the first one. so what type of ply are you using at the moment. by the way you have lots of nice trucks in your photo's.
i have it out of the press i will HAVE to do all in one press next time its glued and pressed fine but a few little spits on the top where the unintended flattening out is. got any tips on glassing. Seems to be a little flexy. i have been advised to make the wheel cut outs will aim for something like your pic no 15. Is 5 layers of bunnings 3mm ply gonna be strong enough or is it likely to snap, i'm only75 kgs
mate, you mentioned in the post with the Fat Pidgeon that some one gave you advice on the clear finshes for your boards, any chance you can copy them send them to me.
