Shoes for downhill.

Hey guys,

I've been doing downhill for just over 5 months now and I need some advice!

Shoes, with downhill they just dont last because of footbraking! Ive gone through 3 pairs in 5 months, has my slides both ways is getting much better i dont footbrake as much now. 

BUT i still need some shoes that a of a decent price and will last a lot longer for skating!!! What do yous suggest?

i have kustoms they are very nice and have a good sole but the sides can rip easy
