i used to fall on my hips heaps when i was learning to slide so i out two squares from an old wetsuit and put velco on the inside of the pants and of the wetsuit material. It stopped the rash and provided a little padding too.

Fitzy!! Ben (Shane) probs wont need the break soles anymore, i found a car tyre in hard rubbish and pulled that apart and used that. If sean can't find any 50 plates i'm sure we have some lying around
