I struggled to get under 20 sec and finally did it on my last run. That is the beauty of timed runs it just pushes you to do that little bit better each run.

Wow, the times really came tumbling down after I left!

I said it on sunday, jumping on the slalom stick and pumping the cones at Allawah is like re-acquainting with an old friend. So much fun.
