Premium Member Comment by Marek on October 25, 2011 at 14:16: I have rarely fallen while slaloming yet I wear what some might consider ridiculous amounts of protective gear (even a downhill mountain bike vest at times). I always fall when I'm doing nothing much like trying out a new setup, mucking around on a mates board (head hit the ground twice, helmet likely didn't save my life but I at least avoided blood, concussion headache etc) So with few exceptions if i put a foot on a board I wear a helmet.

Looking forward to some of those pics Mark (if not all 1714!)
