i got some gardening gloves if he needs them, they will let him drop his hands to the ground in turns and save him loseing skin. i also got a helmet if you need one, its medium sized

Guys please stop telling him that not wearing a helmet is ok. Its not. As proven by mitch. Even if you're careful, shit still happens. If something happens to him we'll probably have to answer to his parents, so lets make sure we skate safe with him.

when you're skating in a new place/road/whatever, its always good to have a helmet because you're unfamiliar with the run. i have a spare helmet i could bring if you want. Slide gloves are good as well.

Anyones welcome to the slalom sessions, some are regulars some are only
once every six months, no pressure on newbies to perform, just hav a go.
Some of the regulars are goin up to canberra, so we need the training.
(re age. theres a 16yo girl from newcastle who kicks our arses).

it doesnt matter. we've skated with 40 year olds and 14 year olds and its all cool. just come out for a skate.
