What you do is you get the ply, cut out the board shape, then cut out around on the inside of the board so you have a frame, fill it with foam, then carbon it.

Fiber glass is 15 bucks a squeard metre. Resin is about 50 to 80 bucks, its the same amount as a milk carton.

A squeard metre of carbon is about 90 bucks.

Ordinary skate trucks, but i lathed them down and put spacers on them so i can have 3 to 4 different truck widths.
