A carlane wide if said car is a 60's mini cooper... lts narrow, but there is enough room for drifting etc.

its a fairly good rookie spot too, about a carlane wide and heaps of fun.

best part is very little to hit if you drift out, i have come off on all of the turns and have walked away fine, the fastest part of the run actually consists of long soft grass with nothing sharp or nasty in it, i have come into the turn, straightened out and tried to run it out a few times and walked away with not even a scratch or a bruise on me

Ans switchbacks is very fun for those thinking of going. Best part about it as Sean is that it is legal. Super tight hairpins and footpath riding really makes you tighten your lines.

Not gonna be able to able to make it, aw fuck it. I think im going to ditch my lecture to come to this thing.

Rupert has an icaro. But all the same, its just as unsafe as the charlie that he has. Paragliding helmets look cool as but are not made for the shit we put them through.

so details for wednesday guys.

you can either meet up at 1.00 at fed square, from there we will be getting the 1.27 cragieburn train from flinders street to essendon station and then getting the 2.12 465 bus along buckley street to the corner of lilly street and then skating in the near by reserve

or meet at essendon station at the 465 bus terminal at about 2

or meet us at the corner of buckley street and lilly street in essendon.

those crew who know which part of the path to use feel free to jsut rock up when ever and meet us there.

basically the idea is to teach guys some board control and some pack riding skills in a safe, controlled and legal environment. helmets and slide gloves are required, i also reccomend full pads if you have them, those guys with a full face helmet its probobly not required, i personally use a half shell here and the only guy who rocks a full face is rupert cos he is gangsta and all with his icaro

on 2nd thoughts, we will be going to switch backs (in essendon) because its legal and way more fun, meet up at essendon station at 2pm, its on the cragieburn line and about 20mins from the CBD, this hill is really worth coming to compared to the city stuff

wednesday 1.30pm flagstaff gardens, after a quick session moving to carlton gardens for the remainder of the event, bring a helmet and gloves if you own them as well as your board
