just a note, sam humphery may be taking over the organing of the event from now on, i have had some rather large family issues pop up and i dont think i will be able to commit enough time to the contest for it to work properly

sean i understand the whole thing about sunday not being ok for groms etc but on the 7th (sunday) the day after is a labor day public holiday. Thats why i said the the 7th otherwise i would prefer a saturday

ok, lets make something clear about the voteing its not changing the day (for all practical reasons it has to be a saturday) its just the date by 7 days and flagstaff or fitzy

i vote sunday. might be able to get off work on the saturday.

but yeah as of right now my official vote is SUNDAY.

6pm isnt late lol, but yeah minimal traffic dont get hastled etc, its still light, hemleys shuts abit before then etc etc etc, it just works
