usuable veneer of any kind is very hard to find in Aus. The people who do know where to get it know this and probably won't tell you. Your probably better off, availability wise, going for a thin ply - marine, hoop or baltic birch. As Dermott said Good luck ;)  , you will need it...

hey lads and lasses
got the news a couple of days ago that ive ruptured my ACL :( won't be skating for 6-9 months at least after surgery, I was thinking of getting into a bit of board building to keep me from going mental,
Ive looked through the thread a bit before posting this comment and ive done a bit of research, I also do have a press that I can use. But im still a bit in the dark, it would be awesome if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thankyou

yea mate, that would be the best,

umm, last time i used the bag, it leaked, but im almost certain it was because of the sealing tape, as ive made like 3 boards, and havent replaced it yet, and looks pretty gaylord..

youd have to bring a car with a decent boot to put the veneer in, else your gonna have some troubles...

message me for my adress and jazz
