@dude, you have to email them and ask about buying some of their (dow foam) it comes in sheets of 2400mm by 60mm i think, i got mine cut into 4 pieces so thats 4 different molds. hope that helped

i just found a guy in coffs harbour who used to press and make boards for early in there shop which is now a screenprintingplace. he's got so much rock maple veneer its not funny. he offered me however many sheets i would need for $30 a board...$30!!! for rock maple that shit is awesome!!

Wrong polystyrene dude! You want to make sure its extruded. And yeah building boards often isn't a cheaper option than buying one. Especially if your only doing one

@dude, dont buy luarn ply from bunning, shit stuff..
get some good hoop pine for around 65 a sheet, way better than any shitty cheap bunnings ply
