Yeah I see what your saying, I'll check out the Asym later today and maybe use a belt sander to fix one side, chop in half then use that, my idea was to bolt it with the deck bolts then rout the edges, ive seen videos and they say just to cut most of it beside about a cm then use the router, here's a video of people doing it

Hi guy's I am new to this site but am stoked to have found it. I have been building boards for about the last 14 months and could never stop as it is too much fun. I have been caring for my wife who struggles with anxiety and depression, but is doing really well. So board building and painting became my sanctuary in my down time to keep me sane.
