those big red elastic bands placed around the whole project before you stuff it in the bag aren't bad at keeping the bag out from between the veneer and foam...

I use a 70" x 20" bag (Roarockit) - as I'm pumping out the air I need to grab the edges of the bag and pull them out sideways to stop from getting in between the veneer/ply and the foam mould - it helps to get someone to give you a hand at that stage - even if it's just to operate the hand pump!

i'll probably try again, turns out my bamboo doesn't need a stregthener, anyone have a solution to stop the bag going inbetween the wood any mould? or is my bag too thin, also what size bag do you use deeks?

Just cut out a sweet little mini last week for a bit of fun.  Was also the biggest design I could sneak through carry on luggage with tiger to avoid paying $60 for a sporting item.

Got a cool little mini in the press right now.same mould as my first deck. But not using it like the micro drop, drop through. Gunna make the 6mm drop like little tiny kicks nose and tail. 22 wb.
Experimenting with a straight outof the press epoxy external gloss finish.
