Yeah I reckon if you did attempt to ride this blood would definitely be spilled.

Like the red paint , or is that blood after having a ride.

Ok I had a shitload of fun with this build. The Maleny Wood Expo asked me if my Longboards are made from sustainably harvested materials, which they are of coarse. But it inspired me to produce this rank beast for the build off, so here it is 'The Off Cut'.

Resin likes to get into the pores of the timber to hold onto it. The paint fills all of these up an makes like a little layer of plastic between the wood an the glass. So it might peel away later. It it might work like a dream??? Just a thought.

Well done Dean, Looks great - i'm pretty sure you can uncross those fingers! Drops look good, concave looks good and I like how you have dropthrough mounted the front trucks to give it forward rake. Adam is right that is an amazing effort.

@Thomas - no problems - the guys with the foam - you need to ring first and pay for it (they don't do cash sales on premise) via a credit card.  It's about $34 for a full sheet which is 2500mm x 600mm (you can buy half sheets as well) - good luck.  If you get real stuck, I've got some.
