Whoa dude ease up on the coffee lol. Ok I'll give you a bit of a run down but i'm no expert.
1 you want a water resistant wood glue bunning has a water resistant pva. Otherwist titebond 3 is great but expensive.
2 fibreglass works best on the outside bottom and top
3 depends how stiff you want it experiment. Try and get 3mm ply it will work better.
4 You can use marine ply but its not really necessary and quite expensive. Try gaboon or hoop pine, structural stuff.
5 leave in the press at least 12 hrs. I leave mine in 24. Good luck

Also as phil said below google toothless longboards for info and check out silverfish board building forum. There is an absolute wealth of info over there if you have time to trawl through it. Good luck and post up your deck once your done. I wanna see this work of art cheers steve

i'm super keen to have a crack at this, i already have fibeglass,
1.what sort of glue between sheets of ply?
2. is the layer of fibergless on the outside or in between layers, million questions i know.
3.how many layers of the 4mm ply,
4,is it worth looking into other types of ply?
do you put all the pieces together in a single press or do you do, like two pieces then let them go off and then do the next on.
5. how long does it stay in the press Just as long as the glue take to go off as per instructions or does it need to be longer due to the fact it is a sk8 board?

good quality Marine ply 4mm max works well if bending, with atleast one layer of fibre glass. Bunnings has Fibre glass kits but it works out way cheaper from a boat shop like Bias or whitworths etc. check out toothless longboards for ideas.
