you can use thin machine oils. like sewing machine oil
never use anything for cleaning bearings that melts plastic such as ..petrol, accitones, thinners etc.
crc will dry your bearings out it will not libe them as some people think.
meths is the best Ive found for cleaning and bones speed creams are good for lube
