ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Just wondering what your opinions are on these boards. One of my friends has a hellcat and one of my friends has an avenger. They use them for DH and thats wat i would be using them for. So which one?
Also wat have u guys got ur avenger or hellcat set up with?

I had my 08 avenger set up with bear 852,s and in heats. it was a bit too high for my liking, but i liked the top mount feeling :). I prefer my drop speed though, which is pretty similar to a hellcat i suppose. The avenger is also a lot more of a pain to push around on and cruise than on a drop speed. They are both dh boards, but the hellcat is more suited for all round stuff. Saying that, the avenger is absolutely sick for dh.
what is wrong with ur nemisis?
Isaac, he sees you every day at school, do you need to make a comment on ASRA acting like a professional.
(Then again, why do I need to post this on ASRA) hmmmmmmm........

i wouldn't say i was dissing u, dissing is something thats happening to the guy trying to sell areas.
i just thought it was a silly question, especially since most peoples advice would be to ride a friends board and decide for your self, sorry if i am being an ass but thats just my view

but i shall be helpfull now

havnt ridden an avenger and only been for 1 sesh on my helly so far but it is sick if thats any help hahaha. got bear 1042's and lime big zigs.
one is dropthrough and one is topmount (i'm not telling you which is which), you're asking us to choose between apples and oranges. And if your friends already have them, then just try them out for yourself and find out what you think about them
Dude ether way there both Rayne decks!
You carnt go wrong!
their cave is identical, the only difference is the mounting of it, avenger grips more, helcat is more versatile and you can turn it into a top mount if you really want
The avenger goes heaps faster, especially if you paint it red.
