Daddow raced on reflex Fly's at Newtons. Ado let him borrow them for the race.
I'd love to try the Momo's and ref, grippins. I like the regular thane grip's. They weren't very popular though because they were centre set.
Never heard of centrax though. Are they the narrower Momo's?
Chaput has taken ages to release his fyre trucks. They were originally designed to be slalom trucks then he made the current DH proto Mischo Erban just bent! The hanger in that pic looks like it's welded together. Much cheaper than machining from solid for just one off.
centrax come in the dimensions of either 77x68 and 88x77 (if i remember right) which i think is the same dimensions as momos but the core is bigger and therefore a lighter wheel, they also have dimples for the wet (see yellow centrax top left of picture)
i seem to remember chaput saying something about welding to keep costs down so u are probably right
found teh dimensions

Is that pic from abec 11 update page on SF?

so whats the difference between the momos and the centrax, I mean what would you use each wheel for?
momo's were designed to be cut down and shaped to how you like them, they cost approx 120$ USD per wheel though, so only 5 sets were ever made, they also took 3-4 months to cure. centrax on the other hand will cost probably the same as 83? or 90 fly's and are designed as a centre set race wheel with massive grip. CENtre set TRAXion hence Centrax.
No prob mate.

Yeah SF shits me to tears these days. Too many nobs get in there and talk utter crap. I used to lurk there years ago to see the latest uber shiser coming out of the states.

This is my fave Chaput link page.

wow fitz thats sick thanks for sharing, awesome to see how the trucks actually work
yes i must admit i will agree with u on the people who use it, their not exactly a friendly or smart bunch,
nowadays i rarely venture past the front page, although boredom makes me do stupid thing occasionally, hence my discovery of that picture
Yes that would look good in my collection at home...

Yeah and if anyone has seen them, I lost them....
