hopkin had some crazy deals on complete+cones for pocket pistols gear but they might be gone now only 280
You can not go wrong on an axe. Check out the axe army on the sk8kings website.

We have a few slalom decks online

Check out the links at the top of that page for skaterbuilt and chixill

If there is any help we can give, please let us know. All the suppliers on the right have slalom boards. Adrian at cr8tive has an awesome range.
Maybe we'll see you at Canberra for the Conehead Cup? Great place to get your slalom on, no matter what the skill level, even if you have never done it!!!
thanks man. i was looking at your site and the axe II complete looks good. i live in queensland and postage would be like $10 or something.
so what upgrades should i do? are there any parts of the complete that it would be really worth it to improve?
ive heard zigs are good but i dont really know.
i want to keep the price around the $300 amount but i might be able to get $320 past the parents. so what should i upgrade?

thanks
i would look at some soft bushies upfront orange or white upfront depending on your weight+ some yellow blacks or purples on the back end, alot of guys run harder wheels on the front then on the back so you might want to go a 78a-81a combo or a 81a-84a combo, depending on what sorta slalom your doing and if that will grip enough for you.
thanks sean thats good to know. i was looking at maybe lemon up front and lime at the back. and with bushings thats sounds good.

the zigs sound good get him to post some stuff :)

about the rockit mini, i have had a look and i can get that kind of thing brand new at lots of my local shops for like $200 anyway and i only want to buy over the net if i have to.
thanks anyway though.
I've updated the spec. Grippiest is otang - go 4president. I think the fastest are zigzags. Stick with 66mm or 70mm. Lemon on the front and lime at the back.
It now has free shipping. Only upgrade I'd do is bushings front and back. Maybe add some slalom cones.
We'll make sure it is put together right, and add risers, grip etc.

just a personal thing, not claiming to be any good at slalom but i noticed a few good guys are running sisemic back trucks with hard springs, currently i use sisemic front and back trucks with wite and red springs as a slalom/comuter and its a fun deck to ride so you might want to think about a sisemic back truck, they are not for everyone but its worth a look
personally, i would get a longboardlarry humu. 26 inch, flexxy, with some lime and lemon 66mm zigs. maybe some soft bushings, and slalom trucks. mine comes next week, and best thing is $25 bucks shipping.
thanks hop that sounds goood.
i thought about seismic but i think the rt/s and rt/x are meant to be good.

thanks isaac. i had a look but the axe II is sounding really appealing.
i might grab some bolts and nuts aswell. whats the difference between the countersunk ones and the panhead ones? and is 1.5 inch a pretty general size?
countersunk are good for street decks i would use panhead on your slalom deck
