dont forget melton and springvale.
where are the st albans, deer park and sunshine west ones sakamoto? those are closer to my area then springy and melton.
i am always up for a flemington session sam
It's been a while since I was there Sean, but they are off the main drag in Sunshine West, heading towards Geelong. There used to be a huge paddock about 1 kilometer south of Drinkwater cres, and they were in there. 5ft deep, great walls and splits.
The ones in Deer Park are in the main easement which runs at the back of the houses, just follow the powerlines. Well, I think they're still there...lolol. The St Albans drains are part of the same easement. Used to skate them with Johnny McGrath, Lodge, etc....hope you find them, they were worth it. (Thats when the Eltham Fish Bowl still existed)
i will have to check it out, deer park isnt that far from my neck of the woods,
flemington is a great ditch spot cos its not far from the CBD, too bad the local councel or who ever cleans up down there demolished the jersy barrier quater pipe next to the bridge, that thing was awesome, its great being able to pump banks for km after km, if you get it dry its awesome for some gap action as well
Corio Bowl - Rough old paint tray shape just like a ditch, good place to get your head into ditch mode.
Waurn Ponds has a tight snake run. you will need a board that actually turns.
See Charliedontskate.
We will be lighting Springvale drain for a night ditch slalom session....soon.
Hang on, you are a Barwon Heads local.....get into that bowl!
