Custom Suite from ArcticBoyz in Norway - Free....

We are looking for a guy in Australia that we can give away on tailored DH Skate leather suite to in January 2011. We MIGHT consider sponsor this guy with one suite per year after that.

Send me a message of your age, weight, hight, what type of leather suite you are using today and how many friends on Facebook you have and a little about yourself (you chose what you write about). Send also a picture or link to a picture of you during racing.

Any can participate in this. We will select one this weekend.

Simply to market our suite to several parts of the world. We do this at the Philippines, Canada, UK, Sweden and her in Norway (read more at www.arcticboyz.com) The selected persons are not obligated to do marketing for us, only to wear our suite that are customised for them as often as possible. Our design will always be different from others - in this way we will slowly be known on the world market.

I myself, startet this sparetime business for 2 years ago. Last year I got a question from a skate-guy here that asked me to make a suite. This was done last year and we have made a few prototypes. The development has been done in close cooperaton with several DH skate performers. About 55 suites has been made in one year. The latest model is Duratro, and this got on the marked last week - we were satisfied with it, but will continue making it better than our competitors for the 2011.... We set most focus on a standard suite, but more and more on the custom suites, especially for year 2011.

Nah but its nice of you guys just to give out a set of leathers to act as marketing, that brings alot of good reputation and gets someone stoaked!

seemingly no one yet has replied, I'm gonna try my pot luck in regards to the Custom Suite from ArcticBoyz in Norway :) (also cheers for bringing this to Australia, on behalf of all people in the skating community, regardless of whether I or anyone is getting the 'Suite' )

So here it is;
Age: 18
Weight: 72-75kilos (haven't checked in a bit)
Height: 180cm
Not using a leather currently, probably the key reason I'm posting this ahah.

Facebook:I have over 400 friends on Facebook lol, friends I ACTUALLY talk to, I don't accept random friend requests til I've talked to them in person. Otherwise make it 500.(not that I use facebook much) haha

Theres not much to me really. Just want to longboard and get better hopefully, in both downhilling and carving and get the word out there that longboarding exists.
This post is taking way longer than I expected, however theres not much I won't do for a sick pair of leathers(checked out your site) haha.

But yeah thats my two cents, hopefully its the best investment I've ever made.

right now i'm wearing a 2nd hand dianese suit that fits me pretty well except for the fact than the arms are massive and the padding is all wrong
i've got about 430 friends on facebook
i really enjoy the freedom of longboarding and i just want to progress and at the same time have fun with mates and spread the stoke to as many groms as i can
i want to enter newtons this year and having good leathers i recon would give you a whole lot more confidence

Thanks guyes! Keep on giving us posts on this. You can either post replies like Toby's and Terry's, but you can also send me message to my inbox on this site. Only 6 guyes have now send us "application" for the suite. I've got a question about facebook; the reason for us to ask about friends on facebook is naturally to expose our selve to as many as possible in an indirect (we never send commersial mails or meassages though) way and in a dirrent way than our leather competitors. We do not use much money on marketing, less than 300USD per year... Please tell us also if you would like to sell suites for us in the future after the suites have got a good reputation and are "approved" by you after one year of use. You will earn 20% of the total sale. There will always be a risk om complaints when you buy anything, but this you should not worry about as we in Norway wil deal with such and not you as a personal seller. I hope all this is a kind of a "carrot". If anything is unclear, just ask me. We will choose a person on Sunday at 2100PM (local time Sydney). Looking forward to it!

i am currently using some generic second hand leathers, they fit me well except for the fact that they have a broken ankle zup and they started to rip big in a couple places. have been doing downhill for about 4 months now.
i placed 6th at kangaroo valley outlaw a week ago which was my first race.
i'm racing in newtons this year.
i have been saving up to travel to canada and america next year to race and experience skating in another country. i have 500 facebook freinds. 95% of which i know in person. i want to be something in this sport, travel, meet new people and just bomb some of the biggest hills i can.

i like the design of the leathers, they look light and breathable and the colours look nice. i wouldn't really care about getting any money out of it. i would definalely promote them and help advertise them at races etc. how much would they cost if i don't get this? because they seem like good leathers at an offordable price. maybe the new njk's

At time being the price is 440USD for a standard size and 790USD for a custom suite. However, we are this weekend considering lower prices, maybe 580 for a custom suite..... The shipping fro Norway will be 100USD, but if we have a sale person in Australia then we will ship suites direct from our producton site in Pakistan to Australia. Then the shipping will be lower and equal to your national prices for 4,5 kilos packages within Australia.
