Hi all,
Anyone tried 195 Paris hangers on 42deg Kooky baseplates? (POOKYS)

Got a set of 200mm Kookys a few weeks ago
and gave them there first good run and grinds at Melton ditch.

I ground my Randal's a fair bit at Ainslie last year and know the Kooky hangers will be too low,
so I'm thinkin of tryin 195 Paris hangers on the 42deg Kooky baseplates.

Thanks,
Wayne.

paris and randall are pretty similiar, if you still have your randal hangar you could try that.
stephen runs paris 180 hangers on his kooky plates. he seems to be a strong advocate for that setup.
sure they fit but i dont see the point as you can get a much lighter baseplate at a fraction of the cost from randal in 42 deg
The Kooky baseplates and hangers will be on the deck 90% of the time,
just wanted to try swapping the hangers when I'm gettin down and dirty.

jacko he just wants to be able to do a quick swap, this way all he needs is a skate tool and he can have the paris hangars on in 25 seconds.
I have swapped my randal and and kooky baseplates and hangers plenty of times and paris hangers are the same length from pivot to kingpin.
pretty much any randal compatible hanger fits on kooky plates-randal, paris etc etc
kooky hangers don't fit on paris plates because of the fixed kingpin but they do on randal plates
For Ainslie you might want turnier baseplates than 42 deg on a Dilligaf...but I think your Kookys are wedged for more turn anyway, right?
