Oh and I also tried those 86a InHeats on my other board and they are fast and grippy until they wear in then you have no chance.

I guess it would be like using an original splitfire or an airflow as a front truck, which I've never seen. Having the axle in line with the kingpin is an advantage in the rear and with reverse kingpin fronts. I'm not sure if this is an advantage with conventional kingpin front trucks. I guess bringing the axle back to the kingpin would slow the rate of turn and increase stability?
