they look ugly as, but solid safe, and they are round, and dont have any sharp pressure points that could pinpoint all the pressure of a crash onto a small spot on the scull. as the icaro or charlie do.........
a different colour would make it look so much better.
I've seen you say this previously somewhere on here...
are you talking about the small point on the back of the icaro and charley? the small point is more of an extra crumple zone on the back of the head rather than a hard pressure point....
i know the predator's might be safer but please don't give out false information about other options...

325usd, after taking into account currency conversion and shipping it'll probably cost just as much as an icaro or charly here. Owen might be bringing some in at a good price so that's better than buying during the pre-sale now.
You may have misunderstood how a scoop at the back effects a helmet, a point on the shell does not have that effect. It spreads the crash weight around the head and onto the inner round eps foam shell in the same way that any other helmet does. What is does do however is greatly increase the chance of neck injury because of the distance between the point of the helmet and the bottom of the neck. It makes no difference to impact protection though.

This is only a problem with the ICARO for flight helmet but does not effect the ICARO for flight cut or any of the charly helmets.

i reckon you would be looking at around $410 or so, it might be abit cheaper then an icaro or charly but i gotta say i would trust this alot more
