best bet if your low on funds and want editing programs is to subscribe to adobe's cloud you get everything they make for like 14 bucks a month and that includes premier pro, after effects and just about any other program you could ever want to edit video or photos with. I was skeptical of it at first but now i am signed up its a life saver its thousands and thousands of dollars worth of programs that i need and it costs me bugger all
