I am wondering how i should go about making a pole for my gopro. I want to see your pics of it in action or just by it self. And how you went about making it. Mainly how to mount the go pro to the pole. btw i have GP2 Surf Edition

Thanks in advance

Cameron, i just grabbed an extension handle from Bunnings.  You'll find them in the section with the brooms and mops.  Cost was around $11.  I then grabbed a meter of soft foam tubing from clarks rubber and cut a length around 15cm long to go over the handle end as a form of grip.  The tubing just slid over the handle and used glue at each end to stop slipping.  Used a small amount of tubing at the other end (around 5cm) and placed that on to help dampen any vibrations passing thru to the camera.  To mount the camera to the pole, purchase a handlebar  or bullbar mount depending on the size of your pole diameter.  Pole sits around 45cm in length and extends out to 75cm.
