get a regular hex head and file down two of the corners... you only need to round it off a little and it slips in nice and snug,.
well i have tried to email them and on replies
i thought trucks are aluminium

welding isnt an option mate you cant get the fillement in to the gap you have plus trucks are made of forged steel and is near impossible to weld without professional help as it tends to crack violently when under extreme heat
if you had of bought a new base plate you wouldve been able to skate all weekend!

Yeah sorry about that ive been welding up heaps of steel bracing this week and thats all i could think of yeah trucks are aluminium and thats even more fuckin hard to weld

the tristan story gets worse :(

i have tried to drill it out did not work

i have tried to hammer it out did not work

any other ways to get it out ?

hit it harder!

Give it a really good whack, and it should come out in one go

then replace it with a hex head (see above)
Use the hammer like a man, not like a limp wristed grom. Stick another bolt in there and hit it this time with meaning

And use a 3-4 pound lump hammer not a claw hammer

i did and i got mine out

Paris have lifetime gaurentee if u email them a pic they'll replace it for free
