get early skatepads. they're cheap, australian and come with elbow pads too
they're only sold on boardshop
im selling some 187 pro knee pads. i still remember the first day it arrived i tried it on, my first impression was "WTF!". i never expected it to have so much cushioning on it. it is THICK and it doesnt move around at all. and honestly you'll feel very safe with it. Some of the blokes that use 187 pro pads have fallen on it on high speeds with no damage at all.
187 pro has straps on it, easier to put on. 187 fly doesnt, slide on and off, alittle harder and from what i heard lesser protection, but its still personal pref.
when i asked the same thing robbo reccomended the flys
The Pros are made for vert skating and aree wayyyy too bulky for longboarding
the fly's are plently large and don't let the name discept you, they are bulky as when you put them on.
I got the fly's and they are great.
Pro's would probs be fine though
I reckon the Pros are better. They have replaceable caps and you don't have to take your shoes off to put them on or take them off.
I don't find them 'wayyyy too bulky for longboarding'
187 are cheaper then early pads
how much are you selling them for and how much
