I need a quick response...
sorry for my mental blank, but on a randal 180, when you flip the hangar there is a 'CA' side and '180' side. Which way will give you greater stability?

Thanks...

PS: i need an answer ASAP, and sorry for such a stupid question...

Normally the "180" faces the ground. When flipped it faces the deck.

From side on, look at the axle. You can see that it's either lower or higher depending on whether flipped or not.
so if the 180 side is facing the ground then it's more stable?
No. When 180 faces the ground it's unflipped, which is higher, and less stable.
I reckon I might flip mine then, is it better just to flip the back one???
Yes and no. It gives a different feel to the board. I would go with flipping both for now.

Which is better for my loaded vanguard, for like carving and pumping? Flipped or unflipped?
unflipped. You will get more turn for the lean.

I don't think that's true. The amount of turn for the lean is the same. The difference is that when flipped you have a little less leverage over the truck, so it's harder to get it to lean as much.
