have a look and see if the kingpin is scoring on the inside hole through the hanger. It can happen esp with loose or soft bushes.
bush washers can also make sounds from time to time. Because your full weight is compressing the hanger into the bottom bush the top bush has slack and the washer has room to rattle.
I'd seriously doubt it would be any major fault with the truck.

I have tried changing washers but also, It does happen slightly less with tight trucks I just realised, If I have em really tight it barely happens/not at all.

bushing come with ill on them from the machine that makes them rub them on some sand paper / concrete
