FINED! At Kilkivan.
Tom, Joe and myself had headed up to Noosa to skate the hillclimb. On the way we went through Eumundi, and through the back way up Sunrise Rd. We found a really good estate with one road that you would hit around 80 or 90kmh. None of us wanted to do it as there is a moderatly sharp corner at the bottom and we dont have the gear. There were some fun fast runs through the estate though. We got to Noosa hill climb and did it twice because its slow and alot of walking involved, so we thought we would head up to Kilkivan as it has been talked about quite a bit. We got there and thought it was pretty epic, did it twice and was moderatly fast, maybe 60 65kmh. Walking back up the 2nd time and saw a lady talking to a guy slashing the grass on the side of the road. Kept walking and he told us that she had rung the cops. So the cops turned up and we got fined $30, well Tom did but myself and Joe were fine because were only 15.
He also said " Tell yourselves and your mates if your here again and i catch yas we will lock you up"
Theres the official warning haha!

Dude that's gay. I would of skated off if the cops still hadn't turned up but I hate people like that. It's not like you've done anything bad to them or anything, probably just dumb old dicks.

Well we would of skated off, but there is really no where to go to haha! its out in the middle of no where aye.
He didnt even had a uniform on, and had to get another cop there with a book to see what the offence was. Probs just annoyed because he was already at the pub drinking.

Why does this seem to happen in Queensland. If it happens again tell the cop Sir Joe is dead the law is on my side, you can't be locked up for a misdemeanor. If there's no lines on the rd and its daytime than keep skating.
What was the fine for??

the fine was for being on a road with lines. Didnt get passed by one car that was going up or down and he wouldnt shut up about all the big trucks that use the road. Such a slack jawed yokel.

cops down my way arent too bad.. i've been yelled at to get off the road by an undercover cop and told to move on when skating kiera

Nah no points witch is good because if there were he would lose his license for 6 months as he is only on 1 point for speeding in a school zone.

The Judge would surely be impressed that the courts time gets wasted over a 30 dollar ticket for skateboarding, and would probably tell the cop to pull his head in.

Haha no idea aye. She was just driving past us as we were walking up.
If you guys are like hitting 80km or around there. I wouldnt bother with this run there are only 7 or so turns and we wanted to go faster. So its probably not worth it.
