just tape them up before you get to newtons cameron, that'll be enough to get you through tech

it there are some tears put a few stitch's in them before you tape up (for your own safty)

mmm yeah , hey i going down my local hill and it occoured to me that i don't actually know how to speedcheck i've done it before but i can't do it when i need to and well i think that could be a problem. tips and instructions would help

best advise is to come ride with the sunday night crew, most of us can throw checks, i find not grabbing rail with them and sorta being really smooth into them and kicking my back leg nice and hard helps me with them, its all personal though, i tend to kick the back leg hard and let the board fall back under me in a smooth motion

cam, check out the loaded slide help videos its on their youtube channel they have some pretty useful tips on standup speed checks
