Ben,
What board have you got the indys on, what are you trying to do with it/them?
Wayne.

If double 90a divine barrels are too turny in my indys would it make sense to get 91a SHR elim + barrel to make them a bit less erratic?
U can't compare bushings from different companies by their duro. They will be different. I've nvr tried divines. SHR are not as reboundy as they claim. I find regular venoms to have more rebound. SHR are squishy.

Come to the city and try some out. I've got kookys. Ching's got cindrichs. G's got munkaes. There are a few smokies around.

With cnc it really comes down to preference, pick the one which best incorporates the characteristics of cast trucks that you like. I got munkaes cause I liked something low with a nice restrictive bushing seat, and an offset geometry.

Or you can just get them cause they look pretty, i partly did :D Like fendy said come to one of our dh sessions so you can really feel how they are when you take them up to speed.

I'm tossing up between buying an Omni drop 43 or a Never Summer Solider Drop Through. I am open for suggestions about decks in the $200-250 price range. Suggestions?
dont get the omni if you're looking to get a dh deck. its flexy and has zero concave. i know sean is gonna start talking it up but it's really not a great deck considering the other options you have out there.

i'm guessing you wanna buy locally? maybe check out the sayshun polar or crisis. Comet loki or pagan looks pretty sick as well. Rayne hellcat or nemesis. Landyatchz 9two5, switch (if you're looking for a dropped board). hemleys has a few decks in store you should check them out in person before you make a decision. that never summer board looks pretty sick though.

ching as a speedboard the omni horrid, i havnt ridden mine in ages, it is how ever kinda fun and if it had more cave would hold up nicely for most riding around melb, if you want a cheap board with a wedged nose, look at an early bomb or something like that.
I know hemleys is thinking of bringing some earthwings down under so a super model is worth a look at if they go ahead and do that.

hemleys has alot in stock and can get anything you want in stock and will beat hops and baordshops prices on everything (they are cheaper then hop anyway, but if you find something cheaper they will better it)

Cheers guys, I was going to head down to Hemleys anyway to do the whole thing in person I just wanted a good idea of what I might be looking for.
Thanks for the thoughts

after gettting on your sector nine, i just advise a set of bears or paris 195's and a set of zigs or hawgs (you would love hawgs considering your riding style) that deck is rock solid, has nice cafe and a perfect wheel base for DH riding

so looks like sean was right... my pivot cups were completely screwed up. 0.0 what the hell right? sean actually was right! lucky for your sanity i'm just kidding. turns out boardshop did send me venoms instead of reflexes. =] no wonder i was having difficulty carving on a 97a/93a setup! lol.. thanks wayne for spotting the problem without even seeing the bushings.
