Paul Carey, the King of Na Kosta, was krowned King of the Kones for the third year in a row at Allawah on Sunday. On one of the most difficult courses ever set at the home of Sydney slalom he cruised to a 0.4 second win over Colin Beck, before claiming second place in the gnarliest skate discipline ever invented - the long jump.

The King of the Kones is a slalom race that forms part of the annual Sydney Old School (SOS) weekend. This year riders travelled from around Australia to compete in bowl-riding, freestyle, long-jump and slalom. Participation is open to anyone over the age of 30.

Spewin I had to leave!! I hate missing out on the action, well done PC that truck looks RAD!! (gotta get u on some carbon this summer!)
my observations through my bleary eyes in the morning were that Fitz is rippin!! (nice truck setup dude, the choice of champions you have joined an elite group of rad/split me, bugs and until recently stevie!)
Guff has developed a powerful technique which i dont think he has fully unleashed just yet, a couple of runs at Linden on the Friday stopped me in my tracks, dude was blazing
Robbo is Back! and Bugs is flying on what was a really tricky course (especially in the state of mind i was in!)
what happened to the shadow!!
Jacko that footage of the corner u showed me was unreal!
