Premium MemberDeeks63 said… Yeah - I generally have cut a board the same width as the foam mould - usually just a bit of cheap pine (round the edges with sandpaper to avoid damaging the bag) - and about 100mm or so longer than the project. The last one I just used a bit of chipboard cated with malamine (you know, the white smooth stuff) that was 1200x300 - didn't even both to trim it down... The advantage of the bigger bag is you can really grab the sides and pull them out while you vacuum it down - allows you to realy apply some seriouos pressure.
