thanks for the reply. Late spring sounds like an ideal time too. maybe during the school holidays or first week of uni holidays. it could be as low key or big deal as we want it to be. i just reckon it'd be great to get some of the orads closed so we dont have to risk being cleaned up by a 4WD heading down the roads.... but i seriously can't do it alone. say, if we were able to organise this event, who would be interested in coming? Anyone here? cos it probably wont fly too well without the support of this perth group.

hey cameron, im usually up for late arvos i.e. when the sun goes down onwards, even late night skates when nobody's around/no cars etc

hey cath, that sounds pretty gnar and would like to help out anyway i could. what time of the year would you make it? late spring would be sweet i think cos wont have to worry bout the heat n mozzies too much and the skies would be clear and thats also when i'll be back from america! =D

hey, i wanna organise a down hill festival downsouth in the dunsborough/yallingup area's. there's some great new hotmix tar roads down there and i wanna get the roads closed. I'm thinking we could invite all the freaks out on their boards and get a big open competition going....have carving session's and maybe even a nude skate race! who's keen to help out? anybody got any experience or ideas on this?

yeah there are a few spots. freeway pedestrian underpass at the baldivis exit would be rad... but it needs some concrete, and a cool ditch in melville
