and this is coming from the guy whos dp is him drinking out of a keg. do you wear a helmet when u drink? more ppl die and get brain damage from alchohol thn from longboarding

Zac, if that is your attitude towards helmets then I don't think you're in the right place. And won't be welcome skating us many of us. Every part of your body will heal eventually. Brain damage is permanent and therefore not worth the risk.

dude getting pulled by ur dog isnt exactly mellow and is pretty stupid. and i support wearing a helmet i just dont coz i dont have one and even if i did i would only use it if i was unsure about somthing i was trying

I make sure I have a lid on at all times on a board, even just standing on the board there is a small potential to fuck up, stack and hit your head. Helmets are cool and they save lives. Read this article, this guy was just going for a flatland cruise and ended up a mess http://www.sandiegoreader.com/news/2010/apr/21/cover/

i would like to apologize for not wearing a helmet and having a picture of myself representing not only skaters but also representing W.A.R...
i havn't gone for a skate with out a helmet since that incedent and im forever going to wear a helmet while i skate...
