Thanks robbo, I will try some some of those techniques. The file is roughly 400mb. I have tried uploading to vimeo and youtube. I think that it is most likely a connection problem. Ill message you Adam.

Dan, trying it on another connection will only help if your upload speed is generally always slow. The server of the upload site can temporarily be under heavy load at certain times of the day but becomes a lot faster at other times.
how big is the file? where are you uploading it to? Whats your upload speed from your ISP.
couple tips - Make sure your computer has all power saving turned off eg screen saver, hard drive sleep mode. Stop anything that concurrently uploads eg bit-torrent, limewire or any of that stuff. Don't watch videos on ASRA or any other site while you are trying to upload a file

Hey Members, The video is complete and has been for a few days. On two occasions now, I have tried to upload the video overnight (7-10hour upload time). Around halfway it will freeze. I will be at a different internet location tonight. Will that help? Tips guys! Cheers
