I agree alex. It very helpful most of the time. Ive been told that footbreaking is easier if you put your back foot to the middle of the board and then front foot behind for footbreaking i havent tried it much but sorta helps.

Always skated mongo until I started to slalom, re taught myself normal the last 4 years. Racing without ramps, mongo you are at a disadvantage.
Hester skates mongo, and can not footbreak, why he never really competed big when slalom started up again.

go Alex...mongos unite...god i wish i could foot break though , i am gooft mongo and push with right (front) foot but try to break with left (back) foot....what do you do ???

Since the begging I have natrually pushed mongo, and now that I'm into longboarding the gift has done nothing but help me.

while i'm not strictly mongo, i'm a massive fan of the mongo foot brake (i ride brazilian) i find myself braking twice as hard and fast using the front foot in this stance, rather then the rear foot in a euro. Power to the mongo's!!
