hey man we were waiting for you at flinders station last night you never showed.

Anyway, hemleys at brunswick st (kinda pricey), macs waterski shop and there's another shop down in st kilda that has some stuff. very limited stock though.

riverside skate shop (near riverside skate park) is supposedly getting some stuff, fast times on swanston street can sort you with the basics like hardware, bushings, bearings, wheels and even a set of indy 215's
