Hey guys,

So i'm looking to get my first fullface, and i know how everyone recommends bell or giro but right now that's a little outside my budget.

I've been looking at netti helmets and they like they're pretty decent to start out with. What do you guys think?

it looks pretty sick but i wouldn't really trust a 2 piece fullface...

its a one piece, but it looks like visibility isn't as good as the invader, or is it just an illusion cause of the angle of the picture? (i can't really tell with the second one anyway)
get the instinct I have it and it rocks vis is great and you can get it ordered from any bike shop for $90
gilbert where are you buying this from? im in melbourne as well and im also looking for a fullface
hey stephen...we're planning to check out some bike shops around the city...apparently there are a few shops that stock them. check the dealer locations on the netti website. probably going this tuesday we'll let you know which place has them!
sounds good ching, i don't know of many bike shops in the city, which ones were you planning to check out? im especially interested in any that stock bell/giro/661.
everyone says just visit any bike shop plus owen says they can bring it in for you. yeah i'll ask around im interested in getting the bell drop if its not too expensive.

there's one in flemington and their site says they stock bell, netti and 661 i think?? i sent a bunch of emails out to all the shops asking them what they have in stock.
ahhh, i think i know that flemington one... i'll go check it out. Theres also a bike shop called Teds Cycles in footscray, which i will be visiting in the near future.
stop thread jacking me chings :D. does anyone know how much the bell drop is? I'm just assuming it'll be around $200. I'm only willing (capable of) to spend around $100 for my first fullface. but if owen is right about the instinct then i'm going for it.
Hey Gilbert, my brother and I have been using the Netti for around six months now and think they are a great starter helmet. The only drawback is the rivets in the fullface arnt the strongest but are definatly good for 1 hard stack, but as all mabnufactures recommend most helmets are only good for one stack. They are light and airy not to mention cheap. I have found best place to get them from is The Bike Shed Mortdale there online.

Cool, i'll check the bike shed out. But looks like netti is a solid first buy for its price. Will be going to the local bike shop to try them out for size. Thanks for the input guys.
seriously the netti instinct is awsome I have some polycarb for a lense and it works great, really light. the only problem is that they only come in two sizes so try them on if you can. when I orderd mine in through onya bike it was $90 which is the best price I have seen for a full face. if you want to see one in action I was at MOTH and there are heaps of pics of me going pretty fast.
