Hey all, I just put a visor on my fullface and when I wear it, it just fogs up. Unless I don't breathe. I've practised holding my breath, but can only do so for about a minute before I pass out. So, anyone else have the same problem? And how do you go about preventing it? Thankyou!

drill about 8x 6mm holes around the bottom of the visor nearest your mouth in a line from left to right. Leave about a 6mm gap between each one.
You can also get this stuff from motorcycle shops called CatCrap. Its a cream/wax you rub in the inside of visor to avoid fog up.
if you breathe in through your mouth and exhale through your nose, it helps delay fogging. fitz's suggestion is a really good idea as well
Breath through your nose when standing still. It is your mouth that fogs you up. When you are actually skating some air will still get into the visor (especially if it's a home made jobby) and this works as a kind of de-mister. You will get used to breathing through your nose. Either that or have a chat with a whale. They can hold there breath for up to 3 hours!
Haha, I'll definitely have a chat to a whale haha. Reckon I might stab a few holes in it then :) cheers
Yeah i have never had a problem with my visor fogging up until i was rolling really early on a local run about 3km long. when i got to the fastest section of the road with the tightest corners the freezing cold air fogged up my visor could only see my feet on the board before i was pulling my helmet off three quaters of the way down a run realising i'm basically riding on the middle line. Lucky it was early and no traffic.

fitting a nose cover to stop the fogging works too they use them for GP bikes & F1 cars !
with my full face it get really foggy when im just standing there but once i get rolling it all gose away, i would just do what fitz said, drill hole, just make them look good at the end!!!
drill them on an upward angle 45deg for best effect ( creates airflow across the screen & clears the screen faster )

i heard rubbing in shaving cream on your visor helps. works on mine but you kinda have to keep relayering it every few weeks.
i used to have the same problem, but i learnt to blow down when breathing out of my mouth. its so natural for me to breathe that way now that i often find myself breathing like that without any helmet.
you'll also find that it fogs up a lot easier when its cold.
i used a hole punch and put 12 holes in mine around the bottom, helped heaps but i love getting some air on my face while skating through the holes

How about a snorkel?
This seems to be the latest fashion out of France.
Invert oxygen tank and open valve for some extra boost!
