In keeping with treating people fairly, if you are gonna put up guidlnes and rules for the noobs, maybe u should also put up guidlines in the market place, such as, if u are gonna sell something second hand do some research on what the market price…

The site should have a page that appears in the set up of an account so once a first time user has filled in all their details and stuff and hit OK it will pop up with the ground rules of the site (such as search b4 u post) and FAQs on the same page…
