evo or chinook

ok ur proberly sick of everyone asking this question and i was just womdering what to get. i'm new to the downhill scene and i want to learn how to slide. i am leaning more to the chinook because the evo is move downhill and is supposed to be harder to slide on.

i was more sayiing a evo setup on 35 degree randals is going to be harder to whip around then a dervish man, you can throw them around no problem (i used mine for freeride)

used to, its retired now, if you got one for DH they can work as a freeride board too, not ideal by any means but you can slide them and throw them around if you need to, it just takes getting used to, but is really really bizzare to start with

There's nothing wrong with an evo. They are sick boards. Really stable, easy to push and foot break and because they are quite low I find they are quite easy to drift on.
