Event Description
The ASRA Annual General Meeting will unfold in all its technocratic glory on April 20, and all financial members of ASRA are invited.
What is it?
It's a meeting that is required for all associations registered under
the NSW Dept of Fair Trading.
What will happen there?
AGM stuff - looking at the finances, reporting on the year's activities etc. An agenda will be prepared in advance.
Is attendance compulsory?
No.
Do I need to bring anything?
No.

Hank we had our AGM where we discussed the things that we are required to as in our finances, current board positions, directions and what not. Minutes when they are typed up will be submitted to the relevant government department and will be available to Association members. No of these will be posted on an open forum, believe me when I say none of this is terribly interesting stuff.

The agenda is limited to the stuff we're required to deal with by the NSW legislation. After the formal AGM is over we'll have a more freewheeling type of discussion amongst all the members.
