look up:

• dim press
• toothless press / mold
• search press/ mold in silverfish boardbuilders section
• asra boardbuilders group, look through from the start if you want some good info..
• look on youtube..

also, look up all the other discussions people have made on making their first deck, i bet you that there will be at least 15 on this site alone, ;)

 

its not very hard, but there is a bit of effort required, and you have to do your own research, were not gonna do it for ya,

Yeah read the board builders section
basicaly you need some coolroom insulation foam, cut out the shape you want ie concave, kick etc , keep the bits you cut off for the top of the mold and stick them to a flat bit of wood. Make a clamp, threaded rod and bolts on 4*2 works well. Get some ply and glue stick it in the middle of your mold and clamp it down. Take it out after the glue dries and you have a blank.
