We strive to bring you great value and service, which means offering you great products at great prices. If you happen to find a cheaper price on a stocked item, we’ll beat it by 10%.

Contact us by e-mail at customer_service@boardshop.com.au or call us on 07 5630 2063 with the lower price you found and proof of where you found it. Our terms and conditions are below.

The item must be offered by an Australian registered business that is shipping from an Australian location. The price must be in Australian dollars.

The item must be the identical product, packaging, manufacturer, etc. The product must be in stock and available to ship. No Backorders.

The price must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current and accurate. If you have found it at a retail location, you will need to provide us with their phone number or address.

Lowest Price Guarantee excludes non-retail, private sales, membership clubs and auction websites. This Lowest Price Guarantee may not be used together with coupons/vouchers or special promotions.

The competitor's shipping and handling charges and GST, if applicable, will be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price.

We will contact you within two business days with your new price.

I dont understand why you can not give the guys the 10% guarantee on USA skateshop prices. If they find a lower price on a US website, that should count. Your advertising clearly states " Aussie Skateshop with USA Prices!". So if you have the same price as a US skateshop, the 10% guarantee should count.

Hop has every right to question competing skate shops, he is not stating anything is bad. Just questioning Tony's gurantee on the 10% discount. Basically helping his business out!
