ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Yes, you read it right, here in Oz the #2 of 10 preproduction Wefunk Stealth Division boards complete with the Stealth Division precision trucks (soon to be available seperately) and your choice of wheels and bearings. This board can be yours for a mere $6,250.00 (normally US$8,000.00).

This is your chance to own a piece of skateboarding history.  http://www.cre8ivesk8.com.au/default.asp?PageID=54&CatID=94&...

No Gnarvigator on this one, those ones are SERIOUSLY expensive. This is just the Wefunk stand alone

...

i thought the Gnarvigator was the big selling point of the mach 1.

Once you have seen the deck you'll realise that the Gnarvigator is the sugar dusting, the deck is the cake and the trucks are the icing!!!!

ohhh i am not denying it Adrian i know that the guy that builds the we funk is crazy about perfection and having worked with a F1 made him a master. I was just confused because when they advertised it they put such a big emphasise on the fact it was the worlds first long with a inbuilt gps and such. Sick board non of the less and who ever gets it will be one happy person and i hope the guy that lost it is ok.

its pretty rediculous really, the trucks are the cheapest part and the only part worth getting!

shame you wont get much extra performace compared to a timber deck with kahas say.... unlike comparing a F1 car and hobby race car.....or will you...

I posted this board so crew could see what was available and to showcase Alex's work. I find it interesting that there are so many strong opinions about it based on a photo. To see and feel the board in the flesh is another experience altogether. I own a number of Wefunk boards and love them all, but none of them come close to this one, trust me it is absolutely amazing. This board is the Ferrari of skateboards. Sure you can make a Carbon Rayne, Landy, whatever, but it will still be just that. What you are getting here is the design excellence.

Is it good for slideing and a bit of DH?

If you put the best wheels for leaving marks down the road on it (;-)>

why is it so expensive?

yeah if it dosnt have the gnarivator or what ever in it ?
