Captain Goodvibes and Gonad Man. Meet their creators...and Phil Jarrett. Legends of the 70's **

The cartoon characters Captain Goodvibes and Gonad Man were legends in Sydney’s surfing culture as was Tracks magazine. Goodvibes creator Tony Edwards, Tracks editor Phil Jarratt and Mark Sutherland, who brought us Gonad Man, recall the innocent days of fun and feel-good before surfing became a billion-dollar industry. Chaired by Sean Doherty.

This was back in the days when a skateboard was handy when there was no surf and formed a major part of the surf culture.

Wow, I remember when Tracks was a broadsheet printed on newsprint. I still remember the birth of Goodvibes, shit I'm old!

This Friday people....see you there.

The best part was when the Cpt. projectile vomited out his trunk!

Epic Goodvibes...I love it
